The Wildings, Maidens, Ayrshire

Wildings Restaurant, overlooking the natural harbour of the Ayrshire village of Maidens, has earned a strong reputation for good food. The limited hotel facilities were quite dated though, and as part of a major upgrade to accommodate the flourishing business, ARPL designed new first floor bedrooms extending towards the front of the building and new ensuite bathrooms were provided.

The simple elevational treatment with white render and timber boarding reflects the relaxed hospitable style of the business and suits the scale of the small seaside village.
