Dunlop House Development

ARPL are working with a developer builder in the design and construction of new houses and converted flats of a mansion house and it’s extensive grounds.

The existing listed 18th Century derelict mansion house is to be restored and converted for new residential use. Alongside the existing building a development of new family houses are proposed across a curving bank. The new houses are designed to take maximum advantage of views and orientation, and several design types gives each one a unique aspect.
