Tenants are now moving in to the first phase of completion of new housing as part of the Sillogue development, in the large Ballymun regeneration project to the North of Dublin.  33 houses and 28 apartments are ready for families to move in. The full scheme of 126 new houses and flats for between 2 and 7 people have been built by James Elliot Construction. 

This phase of housing is one of three areas of development ARPL have designed as part of the extensive masterplan for re-development of Ballymun. The style of the neighbourhood reflects a theme of layering of materials and planes deployed throughout our designs for Ballymun.
