Welcome to Martin Schlecter

ARPL are pleased to welcome Martin who has joined the practice as an Associate. Martin who trained at Hull School of Architecture, was the last remaining partner of MGP Architects where he had been for 18 years following 6 years with East Ayrshire Council. He brings project experience working with new build and existing buildings with private housing developments, community health care, hospitality and leisure facilities, commercial, small retail and industrial units.

Our current workload has been expanding particularly in the housing development sector and conversion of Dunlop House and Ballochmyle House, both listed buildings,  demonstrates a growing  recovery in the residential market.
