In this years Design Awards the Glasgow Institute of Architects have recognised ARPL Architects with the Best Small Practice Award for 2016.  

The Award, given only every five years,  recognises the best portfolio of work submitted by smaller practices base in the GIA region. The GIA is the biggest of the six Chapters of the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland stretching from the Western Isles to Dumfries and Galloway.  

With our recently completed work at the Theatre Royal, Dumfries, Belleisle Golf Club, Ballymun housing in Dublin and our forthcoming Kirkcudbright Galleries project the judges welcomed a strong body of significant work delivered from our Ayr base.
