The practice typically handles construction with contract values between £100k through to £15m, and we are able to give cost advice and control for the various stages through a project development with assistance from Quantity Surveyors as part of a project team. From very early stages a QS is involved with sketch design budget coast plans, assistance with cost details for grant funding applications, preparation of bills of quantities and tendering process, and contract cost control with valuation and certification. We have experience of working with several surveying practices who are employed direct by clients to be part of the design team.
The variety of our architectural project types has helped develop a broad spectrum of construction costing knowledge of traditional conservation works and contemporary technology. Appraisal of current trends can be assessed accurately with the practical background of on-going projects.
