With significant changes to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 coming in to force in April 2015, ARPL will continue to provide health and safety support to our client’s projects either in collaboration with CDM consultants or as Principle Designers. We are able to give advice and guidance through the CDM procedures and requirements from a preliminary stage.
Examples of recent typical projects include:
- School extension, sports pavilion and playing fields for Wellington School, Ayr
- Demolition and extension to a church for St Marks Episcopal Church
- Church conservation and refurbishment Lamlash Parish Church and St John’s Renfield Church
- Conservation work to a scheduled monument at Alloway Auld Kirk
- Conservation, stabilisation and repair works to Earlstoun Castle
